Terms of Use

These Terms govern website visitors, trial users, facilitators, participants, and other Authorized Users of Takamol4 at takamol4.com. Paying Customers may also be subject to a Master Subscription Agreement or Order Form; where signed terms conflict with these Terms, the signed terms prevail.

| Customer | A corporate entity, university, consultancy, partner, or other organization that purchases or receives access to Takamol4. |
| Authorized User | A customer administrator, facilitator, participant, or other person authorized to use Takamol4. |
| Participant Data | Personal data and activity data relating to individuals participating in simulations, including identifiers, responses, decisions, scores, and reports. |
| Customer Content | Data, scenarios, branding, materials, instructions, and other content submitted by or for a Customer. |
| Order Form | A quotation, proposal, order, statement of work, or other ordering document accepted by both parties. |
1.Acceptance and authority
By accessing or using Takamol4, you agree to these Terms. If you use Takamol4 for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization where applicable. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2.Eligibility and organizational access
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. Customer administrators and facilitators are responsible for authorizing participant access and for ensuring that their use of participant information is lawful. Users under 18 may use Takamol4 only where the Customer has obtained all required permissions and COREGAME has agreed to that use in writing.
3.Accounts and session codes
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and session codes, and promptly notify COREGAME at support@coregamedev.com of suspected unauthorized use. You may not share administrator or facilitator accounts. A Customer may suspend or remove users associated with its workspace.
4.Permitted use
Subject to these Terms and any applicable Order Form, COREGAME grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access Takamol4 for the Customer's internal training, education, evaluation, or approved partner delivery purposes.
5.Simulation results and professional judgment
Takamol4 provides educational simulations and decision-practice tools. Outputs, rankings, recommendations, and reports are not legal, financial, cybersecurity, employment, medical, or other professional advice. Customers remain responsible for real-world decisions and must not use simulation results as the sole basis for employment, disciplinary, admission, or other high-impact decisions.
6.Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for participant notices, lawful instructions, role assignment, the accuracy and rights to Customer Content, and configuring access appropriately. Customers must not upload unnecessary sensitive personal data, secrets, regulated information, or third-party content without authorization.
7.Intellectual property
COREGAME and its licensors retain all rights in Takamol4, its software, design, standard scenarios, scoring logic, documentation, trademarks, and improvements. Customers retain rights in Customer Content. Feedback may be used by COREGAME without restriction, provided it does not disclose Customer Confidential Information.
8.Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Takamol4 Privacy Policy and, where COREGAME processes Participant Data for a Customer, the applicable Data Processing Agreement. The sponsoring organization may access participant activity and results as described in the Participant Privacy Notice.
9.Third-party services
Takamol4 depends on third-party infrastructure, database, authentication, and email services, disclosed in the Subprocessor List. Third-party terms may apply to optional integrations. COREGAME is not responsible for services selected and controlled solely by the Customer.
10.Suspension and termination
COREGAME may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent unlawful use, address non-payment, comply with law, or prevent material harm. Where practicable, COREGAME will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. On termination, access ends and data is handled according to the agreement and retention policy.
11.Disclaimers
Except as expressly agreed in writing, Takamol4 is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COREGAME disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, and non-infringement.
12.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. COREGAME's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid or payable for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
13.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The Civil and Commercial Courts of the State of Qatar sitting in Doha have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed customer agreement states otherwise.
14.Changes
COREGAME may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service, by email, or through the Legal Updates page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
