Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 15 July 2026
Users and Customers must not:
Prohibited conduct
- Use Takamol4 unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or to infringe the rights of others.
- Probe, scan, test, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, tenant separation, or access controls without written authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, scrape, crawl, extract, benchmark for competitive publication, or create derivative products except where mandatory law permits.
- Upload malware, harmful code, abusive content, secrets, excessive sensitive data, or content the user has no right to process.
- Use automated means that create unreasonable load or extract participant, scenario, or platform data.
- Impersonate others, share facilitator credentials, misuse session codes, or access another Customer's workspace.
- Use results to unlawfully discriminate or as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about employment, education, credit, or access to services.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service unless expressly authorized under a Partner agreement.
- Attempt to identify other tenants, participants, or confidential platform logic.
- Use Takamol4 to develop or facilitate harmful cyber activity; cybersecurity scenarios must remain within authorized training environments.
Enforcement
COREGAME may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant logs, restrict functionality, suspend access, and cooperate with lawful requests. COREGAME will seek proportionate action and, where practicable, provide notice and a remedy opportunity.
