Data Residency and International Transfers Statement

Takamol4 hosts all customer and participant data in Ireland, within the European Union. Application hosting, the database, authentication, file storage, and backups are located in Ireland. Transactional email is processed in the United States under safeguards described below.

Takamol4 does not currently offer data residency in the State of Qatar. Customers with mandatory in-country residency requirements should discuss their requirements with us before purchase.

Not in use: analytics, error monitoring, AI processing, payment processing.

Personal data submitted to Takamol4 is transferred outside the State of Qatar. COREGAME applies safeguards appropriate to applicable law, including contractual commitments with each subprocessor, encryption in transit and at rest, data minimization, and — for transfers subject to EU or UK law — Standard Contractual Clauses via our vendors' data processing agreements.

Customers remain responsible for identifying sector-specific or public-sector residency requirements applicable to them before purchase.

Region selection is not currently offered. All customers are served from Ireland. Customers with specific residency requirements should contact dpo@coregamedev.com to discuss whether a dedicated deployment is feasible.

Takamol4 is not represented as compliant with any specific government, financial, health, defence, or critical-infrastructure residency regime. COREGAME has not confirmed or contractually accepted the requirements of any such regime. Do not rely on Takamol4 for data subject to those requirements.
